Welcome to BeautifulD. By creating an account, subscribing to any membership tier, or downloading digital assets, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them thoroughly before utilizing our platform.

1. Membership & Subscription Terms

Our platform provides tier-gated access to proprietary accessibility assets, compliance audits, Canva design templates, and educational printables.

• Billing Cycles: Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as specified during signup via our secure payment gateway, Paystack.
• Upgrades & Downgrades: Members may upgrade or downgrade their tier at any time through the Member Dashboard. Prorated balances or new tier access rights take effect immediately upon successful verification.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to tier-gated vault resources will remain active until the end of your paid billing period.

2. Digital Assets & Commercial Licensing

All digital resources, Canva template links, fillable PDF matrices, and e-books downloaded through the platform are licensed as follows:

• Permitted Use: You may customize, edit, print, and implement templates within your organization, agency client projects, educational classrooms, or internal HR onboarding workflows.
• Prohibited Distribution: You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, or publicly republish raw Canva template links, editable source files, or entire asset bundles on any competing digital marketplace.

3. Educational & Legal Compliance Disclaimer

The regulatory guides, WCAG 2.2 audit checklists, and legal analysis provided on this website are for educational, informational, and organizational benchmarking purposes only. While produced with rigorous standards, they do not constitute formal legal advice. Organizations should consult certified legal counsel for specific jurisdictional compliance certifications.
